Orbital Tools NZ are excited to present the new and improved Bevel Tools 3.0 Range of Beveling and Edge Rounding Machines.

Some of the new features of the 3.0 Range include new deveolped tools all with the same flange head design for Bevel Mite and Bevel Mate. The new Flange head makes moving the machine along the workpiece easier and also makes changing tools much easier. A new adapter design allows easy replacement of this part without removing the machine spindle.

There has also been a strong focus in improving the concentric  tolerances of the cutting tools. This reduces vibration and delivers longer tool life for users. The latest Tisinos® coating on all 3.0 tools is the industry standard for high performance cutting tools. A spindle lock has also been applied to all machines to make cutting head replacement much easier and faster.
